David Lilley of Rogue in The Menu
Rogue head chef David Lilley is relishing his role at one of the newest eateries in St Andrews, and he recently featured in the Courier’s weekly food magazine “The Menu”.
The restaurant lies in South Street, near the West Port, and also features a cocktail bar and micro gin distillery
