A feast of chefs from Fife and Tayside will be featuring in the cookery programme at this weekend’s Dundee Flower and Food Festival in Camperdown Park.
Located in the food marquee alongside around 50 trade stands, the demonstration theatre will be running for three days, starting on September 1st.
Celebrities Nick Nairn, Tony Singh and the current BBC MasterChef:The Professionals champion Gary Maclean are being joined by fabulous locally based talent including the acclaimed Michelin-starred Geoffrey Smeddle of the Peat Inn, and former MasterChef:The Professionals winner Jamie Scott of The Newport.
The stellar line-up also includes Adam Newth and Nick Kock from the Tayberry on both sides of the Tay; Duncan McLachlan (Playfair’s Restaurant, St Andrews); Paul Duncan (Malmaison Dundee); Rory Lovie (Bridgeview Station Restaurant, Dundee); Jamie Mackinnon (Seafood Ristorante, St Andrews); Craig Trewern (award winning student with SRUC Elmwood Hospitality) and Dundee and Angus College chef/lecturer Kenny Hatton.
