Meet Rory MacCrimmon, head chef at Kinnettles Hotel, Restaurant & Bar in St Andrews, who has just featured in The Courier’s popular weekly food mag The Menu.
Rory is a local chef – born and raised in Dundee. He has worked his way up the ranks of Scotland’s kitchens, including Rufflets St Andrews and The Tayberry in Broughty Ferry.
