Savour St Andrews 2018 student bursary awards

Here are our Savour St Andrews 2018 bursary winners – Fife College SVQ Professional Cookery Level 5 with chef/lecturer Michael Henderson, and SRUC Hospitality HND Professional Cookery with chef/lecturer Wullie Balfour.

They will use the use the awards to help fund class visits and learning experiences outside college.

The awards were presented at our St Andrew’s Day Dinner at Old Course Hotel Golf Resort & Spa when students from both colleges worked in the kitchen and front of house in a terrific, hands-on, front line learning experience, with mentoring from the brilliant hotel staff.
